Legal basis and purpose of the processing<\/b><\/p>\n

The Data Controller processes the personal data communicated through this form only to meet the requests made: consent is therefore not required because the processing is necessary to meet these requests.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data retention period<\/b><\/p>\n

The data shall be processed for the time necessary to meet the request (usually not more than three months), without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary to define (however reached) any disputes that may have been initiated and, subsequently, for the period of prescription of the consequent rights.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data<\/b><\/p>\n

The provision of data is strictly related to the use of the contact form and is therefore necessary to forward the request for information: failure to communicate such data, in fact, shall make it impossible to provide the requested information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Scope of data communication and categories of recipients<\/b><\/p>\n

The Data Controller will not disclose the data, but may communicate them to people within the Company who have been authorised to process them on account of their duties, as well as to professionals or service companies and Public and Private Bodies, even following inspections and audits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Should these recipients process data on behalf of the Data Controller, they will be appointed as data processors with a specific contract or other legal document.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transfer of data to a third country and\/or international organisation<\/b><\/p>\n

Personal data will not be transferred to any third countries outside Europe, or to international organisations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rights of the data subject<\/b><\/p>\n

Data Subjects shall have the right to request the Data Controller to access their personal data and to rectify any inaccuracies, to erase them or limit their processing if the requirements are met, as well as to obtain the portability of the data communicated.<\/span><\/p>\n

Data Subjects can exercise their rights by completing the form available <\/span>here<\/span><\/a> and sending it to the Data Controller at the email address: privacy@imgspa.com.
